Grâce-Hollogne

We supported the municipality of Grâce-Hollogne in delivering a turnkey school project, combining technical expertise with a comprehensive vision. From the demolition of the existing infrastructure to the full development of the outdoor environment, every phase was carefully managed: foundations, drainage networks, and the construction of a playground designed with the well-being and safety of children in mind.

This 351 m² modular building, consisting of 19 modules, was fully designed to meet the needs of a school environment. It includes sanitary facilities adapted for young children, an electric passenger lift ensuring universal accessibility, as well as a carefully designed staircase combining wood and black powder-coated steel, creating a contemporary and warm aesthetic.

Inside, everything was designed to provide a comfortable and bright learning environment: suspended ceilings with high-performance LED lighting, large glazed areas that enhance natural daylight and create openness to the outdoors, as well as solid laminate sanitary partitions known for their durability and aesthetics.

Finally, the project fully aligns with an approach focused on energy performance and sustainability. It is equipped with a latest-generation air-to-air heat pump by Panasonic, a thermodynamic boiler for domestic hot water, photovoltaic panels, and electric roller shutters. The colored façade cladding gives the whole a modern, dynamic, and inviting architectural identity.
