As part of the extension of the municipal school in Boninne, we designed and delivered a 351 m² modular building intended to provide modern, functional, and sustainable learning environments.
Comprising 13 single-storey modules, the building offers a smooth layout perfectly aligned with educational needs. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure daily comfort and durability, notably through sanitary facilities equipped with solid laminate partitions and countertops with integrated washbasins, combining aesthetics and ease of maintenance.
This new building perfectly meets our educational needs. The spaces are bright, functional, and provide real comfort for both students and the teaching staff.
The exterior architecture, characterized by vertical timber cladding and colored aluminum window frames, gives the building a contemporary appearance that blends perfectly with the existing surroundings.
User comfort is ensured in all seasons thanks to an air-to-air multisplit heat pump and a high-performance balanced ventilation system with heat recovery. As part of a sustainable approach, the building is also equipped with photovoltaic panels, contributing to responsible energy management.
