Infrabel – TUC Rail

As part of the RER project, we delivered a complete modular site base for TUC Rail, designed to accommodate teams in optimal conditions throughout the project.

Deployed over an area of 360 m² and composed of 20 modules, the building is arranged over two levels and includes all the spaces required for the proper operation of the site: open-plan areas, offices, sanitary facilities, a meeting room, and efficient circulation zones.

Designed to meet the specific constraints of a construction site environment, the project prioritizes a functional and robust layout, enabling smooth daily use for the teams.

The interior fit-out provides a comfortable and high-performance working environment, featuring acoustic partitions that ensure good sound comfort, bright spaces, and equipment suited to intensive use.

The building also integrates complete technical solutions, including an air-to-air heat pump, a high-performance ventilation system, as well as an IT infrastructure tailored to the operational needs of the construction site.

Thanks to modularity and rapid deployment, this site base was delivered efficiently while ensuring a high level of quality, fully aligned with the requirements of a large-scale infrastructure project.
