Millimeter precision for a large-scale project

Modules 19
Construction time 4 months

As part of its development, La Lorraine Bakery Group entrusted us with the delivery of a bespoke modular complex in Barchon, intended for offices and a laboratory, meeting the specific requirements of its industrial environment.

This project required installation with extremely high precision, made possible by an exceptional lifting operation using a 350-ton crane. This intervention allowed each module to be positioned with perfect accuracy, in line with the client’s expectations and the constraints of the site.

Execution precision and quality of workmanship were key to this project. The entire complex was delivered with the utmost care, in full respect of our technical constraints.

The building includes high-performance technical installations, including a type C ventilation system that ensures controlled air renewal, as well as an air-to-air heat pump providing optimal thermal comfort in all seasons. LED lighting completes the system, offering excellent visual comfort while keeping energy consumption under control.

Inside, the layouts were designed to combine functionality with user experience quality. Glass partitions with wooden frames bring elegance and transparency, promoting the diffusion of natural light, while HPL panel doors ensure durability and ease of maintenance in daily use.

This project fully illustrates the ability of modular construction to adapt to demanding technical environments, combining execution precision, rapid delivery, and high-quality finishes.
