A comprehensive infrastructure of over 2,000 m² dedicated to mobility

Modules 54
Construction time 6 months

As part of its operations, STIB/MIVB entrusted us with the delivery of a large-scale modular complex with a total surface area of over 2,000 m².

The project includes a main building of nearly 1,000 m², spread over two levels and dedicated to operational and administrative functions, as well as a secondary building with the necessary facilities for staff, including changing rooms and sanitary areas adapted to the site’s requirements.

Execution precision and quality of workmanship were key to this project. The entire complex was delivered with the utmost care, in full respect of our technical constraints.

To fully meet operational requirements, we also delivered an adjacent hall dedicated to bus maintenance. This technical space was designed and equipped to allow maintenance work under optimal conditions, integrating all the necessary equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Designed to integrate into a demanding environment, the project provides modern, functional workspaces perfectly suited to the needs of the teams.

The technical installations were designed to deliver performance and reliability on a daily basis, with tailored heating and ventilation systems, as well as a complete IT infrastructure meeting the client’s operational requirements.

Thanks to its modular design, the entire complex was delivered quickly while maintaining a high level of quality and finishes. This illustrates the ability of modular construction to effectively meet the demands of complex, technical, and large-scale projects.
